5. DELIVERY CHARGE
Delivery within Australia : We have a flat rate of $10.00 on all orders to anywhere in Australia . Free delivery for orders over $150.

6. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment securly via Direct Deposit and PayPal. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction.

7. REFUND POLICY
Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of World of Health, will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the initial charge. All other products ordered incorrectly by the customer, can be refunded if informed within 7 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage costs will be incurred by the customer.

8. PRODUCT STOCK
World of Health carry most stock of products promoted on this site, therefore you understand that in some cases there may be delays in receiving your orders due to manufacturer supply. In these situations, we can offer you a full refund on your purchase.

Please endvour to make the right choices from the start as we are unable to change orders once electronically placed.However if you notify World of Health of an order error (by email or phone) we will do our best to correct the order.

13. ERRORS OF INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in information received from our suppliers or due to a data entry (typographical error), World of Health shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. This will also apply to any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled World of Health shall within 14 days issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

14. APPLICABLE LAW
As far as legally possible this Agreement, its terms and conditions and the use of this site shall be governed by the laws in existence from time to time in Australia. You agree any claim relating to the site and our service can only be dealt with in a court in Sydney in the state of New South Wales, Australia.
